Any kind of insults are prohibited. It does not matter if you were provoked beforehand or only want to defend yourself because you were insulted yourself. If you are insulted, you can report any entry directly to us and put the user on the ignore list.

Basically, the same applies here as with insults. Threats are also prohibited, whether you refer to the internet or outside.

Sexual harassment is punished particularly severely by us and, should we find harassment against minors, we pass it on directly to the authorities. We do not tolerate our platform being misused for such things!

This includes groups directed against individuals, regardless of whether this person is registered in the community. Groups against football teams, music groups, towns or similar general "anti-groups" are however allowed (subject to reservation).

This includes images or videos of (completely or partially) naked persons where genitals are visible or who perform sexual acts. Similarly, texts containing pornographic content are not suitable for minors and are therefore prohibited.

Any content that in any way glorifies or depicts violence is prohibited. This also includes content on hooliganism, depictions of weapons directed at people or the viewer, brutality toward humans or animals, and the depiction of dead people or animals.

We do not tolerate any content in the community that represents an extremist direction (both right and left). This also includes "Antifa" groups that are strongly oriented toward the left. Users who post such content in the community will receive a warning with a penalty and may be deleted immediately.

Intolerance toward other countries, people, or cultures is also absolutely prohibited and will be severely punished.

The purpose of the community is not to trade points, and this is not supported by us. If a user has "No point trading!" noted in their guestbook, this must be respected. The community is primarily a communication platform, and that is how most users want to use it.

Chain letters are some of the most annoying spam messages on the internet. Whether you are superstitious or just want to be nice, according to our TOS, chain letters are strictly prohibited in the community and are generally penalized by the administrators.

Any links where an attempt is made to get the most clicks through as many visitors as possible are prohibited and will be punished as spam.

Commercial advertising is generally not allowed and will be severely punished. The community will not provide a platform for this, as such direct offers only annoy users. Even advertising for your own offers, which are not necessarily commercial, may not be distributed without permission. Our system offers several ways to place classified ads.

Other messages that do not fit into the categories mentioned so far but are nevertheless spam will also be punished by us. We do not tolerate abuse of the community for distributing annoying messages!

Photos where you yourself and only you yourself can be seen may be posted in the community without further ado. As soon as another person (including good friends and family) is visible on a picture, this person must be asked for permission to publish the picture. Likewise, the request of a depicted person to remove the picture must be followed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the administrators removing the picture and, if necessary, issuing a penalty.

Stealing graphics (images, animated graphics) from other users and groups will also be punished by us, as it represents a clear violation of copyright law. If you like a picture, you must first ask the person who created it if you may use it yourself. Exceptions to this are contents that were only taken over from the internet or other sources and not created by the user themselves.

We offer the possibility to embed videos from other platforms directly into the community. However, all videos that are protected in any way by the author are excluded from this. Among others, these are music videos, episodes of TV series, feature films, etc. Just because this content is (still) available on external platforms does not mean that it is also allowed here. Our other rules on the protection of minors also apply here.

Each person may only own one account in the community. Even a second account in another region is not allowed. Since all communities are connected, this is also not necessary. You may only be registered once. There are no exceptions to this rule!

Just like a second account, accounts for pets (e.g. dog, cat, guinea pig) are strictly prohibited. Even if toddlers or babies count as persons, the community may only be used if you can register independently and use the community yourself. We generally recommend using the community from the age of 14. It is not permissible for parents to create an account for their child. There are no exceptions for this either!

Each account may only be used by one person. Two or more people may not share an account. Therefore, accounts for e.g. school classes or a business are also not permitted.

You may only use the community if you provide your correct and full name (first and last name). This, like all other rules, is part of our TOS and must be adhered to. The administrators may and will delete accounts with false name information without warning.

Stating the correct age is strictly required both for fairness toward other users and for various reasons of functional limitation. Not all functions may be performed by every age group, and if a user cheats about their age, this will be punished by the administrators.

Any scripts used to influence the functions of the site are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination of the usage agreement. In particularly severe cases, we will also take legal action.

Artificially staying online by automatically reloading the page is just as prohibited as automated scripts. Violating this rule will be severely punished and may lead to immediate exclusion from the community. Artificially staying online is absolutely unfair toward honest users.

Unauthorized manipulation of a point balance is strictly prohibited according to our TOS and will be punished with direct exclusion from the community, just like the two previous points.
