All insults are prohibited. It doesn´t matter whether you were provoked beforehand or are simply defending yourself because you were insulted. If you are insulted, you can report any post directly to us and add the user to your ignore list.

The same rules apply here as with insults. Threats are also prohibited, regardless of whether you refer to the internet or offline.

Sexual harassment will be punished particularly severely by us, and should we discover harassment against minors, we will forward it directly to the authorities. We will not tolerate our platform being misused for such things!

This includes groups directed against individuals, regardless of whether that individual is registered in the community. Groups against football teams, music groups, towns, or similar general "anti-groups" are, however, permitted (subject to certain conditions).

This includes images or videos of (fully or partially) naked persons where genitals are visible or who are performing sexual acts. Likewise, texts containing pornographic content are not suitable for minors and are therefore prohibited.

Any content that glorifies or depicts violence in any way is prohibited. This includes content related to hooliganism, depictions of weapons aimed at people or the viewer, brutality towards humans or animals, and depictions of dead humans or animals.

We do not tolerate any content in the community that expresses an extremist ideology (both right-wing and left-wing). This includes "Antifa" groups that are strongly left-leaning. Users who post such content in the community will receive a warning and a penalty and may be deleted immediately.

Intolerance towards other countries, people or cultures is absolutely forbidden in our country and is severely punished.

The purpose of the community is not to exchange points, and this is not supported by us. If a user has a note in their guestbook stating "No point exchange!", then this must be respected. The community is primarily a communication platform, and that is how most users want to use it.

Chain emails are one of the most annoying types of spam on the internet. Whether you´re superstitious or just want to be nice, according to our terms and conditions, chain emails are strictly forbidden in the community and will generally be punished by the administrators.

Any links that attempt to generate the most clicks by attracting as many visitors as possible are prohibited and will be penalized as spam.

Commercial advertising is strictly prohibited and will be severely punished. The community will not provide a platform for this, as such direct offers only annoy users. Even advertising for your own offers, which are not necessarily commercial, may not be distributed without permission. Our system offers several ways to place classified ads.

Other messages that don´t fit into the categories mentioned so far, but are still spam, will also be penalized by us. We do not tolerate any abuse of the community for distributing annoying messages!

Pictures that show only you may be posted to the community without any restrictions. As soon as another person (this includes close friends and family) is also in a picture, that other person must be asked for permission to publish the picture. Likewise, a request from a person depicted in a picture to remove it must be complied with. If these rules are not followed, the administrators will remove the picture and may issue a penalty.

Stealing graphics (images, animated graphics) from other users and groups will also be punished by us, as it constitutes a clear violation of copyright. If you like an image, you must first ask the person who created it whether you may use it yourself. This does not apply to content that is only taken from the internet or other sources and was not created by the user.

We offer the option to embed videos from other platforms directly into the community. However, this excludes all videos that are protected by copyright in any way. This includes, among other things, music videos, episodes of television series, feature films, etc. Just because this content is (still) available on external platforms does not mean that it is also permitted here. Our other rules regarding youth protection also apply.

Each person may only have one account in the community. A second account in another region is also not allowed. Since all communities are interconnected, this isn´t necessary. You may only be registered once. There are no exceptions to this rule!

Just like a second account, accounts for pets (e.g., dog, cat, guinea pig) are strictly prohibited. Even though toddlers or babies are considered individuals, the community may only be used once you can register and use it independently. We generally recommend using the community only from the age of 14. It is not permitted for parents to create an account for their child. There are no exceptions to this rule!

Each account may only be used by one person. Two or more people may not share an account. Therefore, accounts for, e.g., school classes or businesses are not permitted.

You may only use the community if you provide your correct and full name (first and last name). This, like all other rules, is part of our Terms and Conditions and must be followed. Administrators may and will delete accounts with incorrect names without warning.

Providing your correct age is strictly required, both out of fairness to other users and for various reasons related to function limitations. Not all functions may be used by every age group, and if a user lies about their age, they will be penalized by the administrators.

Any scripts intended to manipulate the website´s functionality are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the user agreement. In particularly serious cases, we will also take legal action.

Artificially staying online by automatically reloading the page is just as forbidden as automated scripts. Violating this rule will be severely punished and may lead to immediate exclusion from the community. Artificially staying online is absolutely unfair to honest users.

According to our Terms and Conditions, unauthorized manipulation of a score is strictly prohibited and, like the two preceding points, will be punished with direct exclusion from the community.
